Director of Operations

We are looking for a financially-minded and metrics-driven Director of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. As Director of Operations, you will have two main responsibilities. First you will manage all accounting and finance functions including building Quikly’s yearly budget and representing financial projections and results to our Board of Directors. Next, you will measure, analyze, and manage the organization’s key performance indicators to aid Quikly in achieving its strategic and financial goals.  

The responsibilities of this role are very wide and thus require a thorough knowledge of various company processes and departmental goals.  With a core focus on growth, the ideal candidate must be a keen problem solver that understands all of the business’s revenue, cost, and efficiency levers.  As a positive leader and communicator, this individual will work closely with the CEO, CSO, and heads of sales, marketing, product, and client success to move the business forward every day. This position reports to Quikly’s Chief Strategy Officer.



  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Perform trend analysis to forecast business performance in future periods
  • Identify areas of operational weakness and organize change accordingly
  • Manage sales operations including SalesForce and HubSpot administration
  • Perform demand generation and sales pipeline analysis in order to develop guidance and insight to the leadership team
  • Organize leadership meetings with effective reporting structure and agenda topics
  • Managed Controller and oversea accounting
  • Create key BOD materials for distribution at monthly board meetings
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote growth and profitability
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors


  • Proven experience as Director of Operations, operational consultant, or equivalent position
  • Must have deep accounting and finance skills, including a comfort in building financial models
  • Must have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with various business software (e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.)
