Product Analyst

As the Product Analyst at Quikly, you will play a key role in all phases of the technical product life-cycle by collaborating with the Product Managers and Leadership Team in the following key areas:


  • Track and report on KPIs for the customer journey, research and explain variances to history and to target
  • Research market trends, perform competitive analysis and prepare appropriate strategies to position products
  • Review analytical and customer data regularly to understand opportunities for improvement and generate ideas for how we can deliver better consumer experiences and results for our customers
  • Identify product features and enhancements through relevant research, data, and cost/benefit analysis and determine key success metrics for product success
  • Define data to be collected for measuring success of new product features, and work with developers on proper tracking and instrumentation of data


  • Design and build performance dashboards to derive actionable insight from data
  • Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to properly design and conduct A/B tests for product feature experiments and improvements
  • Support QA and testing processes to ensure that functionality is implemented to specification
  • Develop appropriate documentation and training materials for products


  • Monitor post-launch evaluation of products by comparing actual results to expected results and summarize performance for stakeholders and rest of the company
  • Prepare and deliver reports that measure the performance and effectiveness of features on our site and continually review and provide insights to drive ongoing optimization

Desired Skills & Expertise 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, other 
  • MBA a plus
  • 2 to 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Digital marketing / SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Intellectually curious and highly analytical with the ability to interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Tireless advocate for use of data to solve problems
  • Effective presenter of complicated analysis, data concepts, and insights via appropriate visualizations and storytelling to ensure message is properly received
  • Experience extracting and utilizing data from multiple data sources
  • Passion for Ecommerce, brands, products, consumer understanding & retail industry
  • Experience with BI tool
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel to model and analyze data
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tool
  • A/B or multivariate testing experience preferred
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to present new ideas effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the challenge
